We create your organisation account and give you a simple invite code to share with your community.
Members download Circle (free on iOS and Android), enter your invite code, and read the consent screen. They decide whether to join.
Each member does a 10-second mood check-in. Their entry is private to them. It never leaves their personal Circle unless they choose to share it.
Your admin dashboard shows blended group wellness trends: engagement rate, average mood, participation. No names. No individual data. Ever.

Privacy
Privacy is not a policy document here. It is the architecture. Here is exactly what is enforced at the database level, not just by policy.
Your admin account has no database access to individual mood entries, journal content, or member identity within wellness data. This is enforced at the database level, not just a policy.
Aggregate data is only shown when 5 or more members are active. Smaller groups show no data at all. This prevents inference of individual mood from group averages.
Every member reads a clear consent screen before joining your workspace. They understand exactly what you can and cannot see before they agree. No dark patterns.
Any member can leave your workspace from their profile. Leaving does not delete their personal Circle account or data. Their history stays with them.
Circle is built by a New Zealand company for NZ organisations. Your members’ data is handled under NZ law. Data is hosted on infrastructure with a signed Data Processing Agreement including international transfer safeguards.
Circle has no ad business. No data broker relationships. No third-party analytics on member wellness data. This is structural, not just policy, and it will not change.
We are a small NZ-built product. We do not hold external security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001). What we do have: a signed Data Processing Agreement with our infrastructure provider (Supabase), database-level privacy enforcement tested before every release, GDPR-compliant data export and deletion, and NZ Privacy Act 2020 compliance by design.
