Growth tier: $4 PMPM on annual commitment ($5 PMPM month-to-month). Scale tier pricing is indicative and negotiated individually. GST-registered NZ organisations may claim GST back.
By organisation type
The same platform works across different community types. Here is how pricing and framing maps to each.
Most churches with 50–300 members fit the Growth tier. Small groups and home churches under 50 members use Community free forever. Registered charitable trusts qualify for mission pricing (40% off Growth).

CrossFit boxes, running clubs, and gym communities typically sit in the 50–200 member range. Growth tier is the right entry point. Decision is typically owner-level, no board required.

For large operators, pricing is framed per resident per month (PRPM). A 200-resident village at $4 PRPM costs $9,600 per year: less than $48 per resident per year. Operators with clinical procurement cycles should contact us directly for a tailored proposal.

Charities registered under the Charities Act 2005 qualify for mission pricing: 40% off the Growth tier, bringing the rate to $2.50 per member per month. Board-approved decisions are common in this sector; we can provide a formal proposal on request.

Circle is positioned as a proactive complement to your existing EAP, not a replacement. The NZ EAP benchmark is approximately $5.39 per employee per month. Circle's Growth tier at $4 PMPM provides daily engagement at lower cost. HR Manager or People & Culture decisions.

We do not open with a commercial conversation for marae and iwi. Relationship comes first. Where community trust grants or Te Puni Kokiri funding is available, we work with the organisation to structure access accordingly. Mission pricing ($1–$2 PMPM) or grant-funded free access is available in exchange for co-design input. Contact us directly.

Mission pricing
Pricing that excludes mission-driven organisations works against everything Circle stands for. We have a formal mission discount for eligible organisations.
If your organisation is registered under the New Zealand Charities Act 2005, or is a marae or iwi governance structure, you qualify for a 40% discount on Growth tier pricing. No negotiation required — fill in the form and we will confirm within one business day.

Questions
Is there a free trial before we commit?
Yes. Every organisation starts with a three-month free pilot. No credit card required, no automatic billing, no lock-in. At the end of your pilot you decide whether to continue. If it is not right for your community, your account is closed and your data deleted within 30 days on request.

What counts as an "active member" for PMPM billing?
Billing is based on enrolled members in your organisation at the start of each billing cycle, regardless of whether they checked in that month. You can remove inactive members at any time through the admin dashboard, which adjusts your next billing cycle.
Do you offer pricing in Australian dollars?
All prices are in NZD. For Australian organisations, we can invoice in AUD at the prevailing exchange rate. Contact us at hello@mycircle.co.nz for AU-specific arrangements.
Can we pay annually and cancel before the year is up?
Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after the first 30 days. We recommend starting on a monthly plan if you are not yet confident. The annual discount (two months free) is there for organisations that have completed a pilot and are committing for the year.
We are a large organisation. Do you have capacity?
Yes. Circle is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure and there is no meaningful technical ceiling on org size at this stage. For organisations over 300 members, contact us to discuss a Scale tier agreement. Current infrastructure supports several thousand concurrent members without performance concerns.
