For churches, small groups and faith communities

Private wellbeing and peer support for your church, between Sundays.

Circle gives members a simple, private daily rhythm to check in, reflect and connect with people they trust. Your leadership team sees only privacy-protected group trends, not names, personal moods or private conversations.

Care does not stop when Sunday ends.

Churches already create places where people belong: services, small groups, youth communities, prayer teams and pastoral care. But the moments between gatherings matter too. Circle gives members a gentle way to notice how they are doing and stay connected to trusted people, without turning personal wellbeing into something leaders monitor.

🕑

A daily habit, not another programme

A quick private check-in that takes seconds, not a long survey or another weekly task.

👥

Connection, not social media

Private circles let members share with people they choose and trust.

🔒

Insight without surveillance

Church leaders see only an anonymous group picture designed to protect member privacy.

A reflection rhythm that can make space for faith.

Circle is designed to support real human connection. For participating faith communities, optional Scripture experiences can sit naturally alongside private reflection, encouragement and peer support.

  • Check in honestly A private daily moment to notice how you are doing.
  • Reflect with intention Turn a feeling or moment into a simple private reflection.
  • Make space for Scripture Participating faith communities can enable Scripture within the reflection experience.
  • Lean on trusted people Share only when you choose, within a private Circle.
Circle supports reflection and peer connection. It does not replace pastoral discernment, counselling, clinical care or crisis support.

Your church sees the group picture. Members keep their personal story.

Privacy is not an optional setting in Circle's organisation experience. Members choose whether to join, can leave at any time, and retain control of their private wellbeing information.

No individual mood scores. No names attached to wellbeing insights. No access to private reflections or conversations.

Members keep private

  • Individual moods and check-in history
  • Journal reflections
  • Private Circle posts, messages and reactions
  • Personal identity connected to wellness data

Leaders can see

  • Aggregate participation trends
  • Blended group wellbeing trend
  • Feature-use statistics at group level
  • Delivery status of organisation announcements, where notifications are enabled

Group-level insights appear only when at least 3 members have checked in, helping prevent individual information being inferred from small group sizes.

Start with one group. Learn together.

Circle can be introduced without replacing your existing pastoral care, small-group structure or church-management system.

1

Choose a pilot cohort

Start with a group that already has a rhythm of trust: ministry leaders, young adults, small-group leaders or a pastoral-care community.

2

We set up your workspace

Circle configures your organisation space, branding and invite code. No IT project required.

3

Members join by choice

Members download Circle, enter the invite code and read the organisation consent screen before joining.

4

Review the group experience

Over three months, review adoption, member feedback and anonymous group-level engagement trends together.

Members can leave the organisation workspace at any time. Their personal Circle account and private history remain theirs.

Try Circle with one church community for 3 months.

Frequently asked questions

No. Circle is a daily mood tracking, reflection and peer-support tool. It is not a crisis service, diagnostic tool or replacement for professional mental-health care, counselling or emergency support. Members can access wellbeing support resources in the app at any time.

No. Circle's organisation view is designed to show group-level trends only. Leaders cannot see individual moods, private reflections, personal journals, private Circle conversations or a named member's wellbeing history. The one exception is opt-in: if your church turns it on, a member can choose to share their own mood trend with their group leader. It is off by default and they can stop at any time.

No. Circle is designed to complement the relationships and care structures your church already has. It gives members a simple daily rhythm between gatherings; it does not replace pastoral discernment, counselling or community.

No. Participation is voluntary. Members decide whether to join the organisation workspace, see a clear consent screen, and can leave at any time.

The organisation workspace can be set up quickly. Circle provides an invite code and onboarding guidance, so churches do not need to run a large IT project or replace existing systems.

The guided pilot is free for three months. After the pilot, churches up to 50 members stay free. For 51 to 300 members it is NZ$4 per member per month on an annual plan, or NZ$5 month-to-month. Registered charities and marae get 40% off.

Circle uses explicit member consent and database-enforced access controls. Group-level insights only appear once at least 3 members have checked in, which protects individual members from being identifiable in small groups.

Participating faith communities can enable optional Scripture experiences within Circle's reflection journey. Availability and presentation depend on the organisation's configuration and applicable content licences.

A more connected church community can start with one small group.

Start with a three-month pilot. No large rollout, no IT project and no individual wellbeing data for leaders to manage.
